Our Plumpton Estate Brut Reserve is a beautifully crafted English sparkling wine made from a distinctive blend of Riesling, Seyval Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Regner.

Complex yet wonderfully approachable, its rich fruit character and smooth, elegant style make it perfect for marking special occasions or sharing with friends.

There are notes of yellow plum, pear and apple on the nose, with subtle hints of caramel and brioche. The palate offers balanced acidity with a rich mouthfeel, evolving from toasty to citrus on the finish. It pairs well with fi sh and poultry dishes, or with rich and nutty desserts.

Technique

Plumpton Estate Brut Reserve is a unique blend of Reisling, Seyval Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Regner. The base wine is fermented in tank, then again in bottle, to capture the bubbles.

The wine has been aged for fi ve years on lees, resulting in complex aromas. This award-winning blend of several varieties produces a one-of-a-kind alternative wine, made by the traditional method, but set apart from wines made from the usual Champagne varietals.
